Children’s games, car show, police demonstrations planned at Russell fun fair

RUSSELL — The Russell-Montgomery Police Association is sponsoring its fifth annual Family Fun Day and Car Show on Sunday, Aug. 27, at Strathmore Park from noon to 5 pm.

“We started it as a way to build a bond with our residents,” said Police Lt. Sean Shattuck. “Trying to just build bridges and get in touch with the public.”
